There will be an introductory session on Thur. June 9th at 5 pm for those who would like more info. The program then starts on Thurs. June 16th from 5-7 pm in Rm. 136 at Christ Church. The Men’s Ministry breakfast will be Saturday, June 11th from 8 – 9:30am at Christ Methodist Church. Our speaker will be Dixie Pebworth. Dixie was a drug addict with a $500/day habit in 1987, and he was at the end of his rope facing an 80-year prison term before turning his life over to Christ. Dixie would later receive mercy by the courts, but not before turning his life around. He became a pastor and has made it his life’s mission to help those with drug and alcohol problems when he started a sober living program called Wings of Free-dom. Come hear his story.
